KEY DELIVERABLES:

Responsible for assistance of all recruiting and staffing programs and activities related to the attraction, selection, hiring and on-boarding of talent.

• Produce routine and non-routine statistical and management reports (e.g. Employment Equity, manpower, performance, organisational structures, etc.)
• Coordination and administration of functional HR processes and procedures (Job Profiling and Evaluation, Performance Management, Talent Management, etc.)
• Assist in implement of the Workforce Plan
• Conduct Job Analysis and ensure vacant positions are evaluated in line with policy
• Source applicants internally/ externally, including temporary staff
• Actively facilitate the smooth execution of the selection process (short-listing and interviews)
• Ensuring that all vacancies are filled as quickly as possible in line with turnaround time
• Management of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with service providers
• Ensure that contracts of employment comply with legislation
• Perform reception of new employees and assist in probation management
• Ensure adherence to Employment Equity and Recruitment policies and programmes
• Monitor the implementation of the EE Plan and the Workforce Plan
• Ensure compliance with the Employment Equity Act

SKILLS REQUIRMENTS:

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or related fields
• Minimum 5 years experience in end-to-end Recruitment life cycle in a corporate environment
• Knowledge and understanding of the management and development of human capital in accordance with business needs and objectives
• Knowledge and understanding of labour legislation
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; accuracy; organizing; innovation; interpersonal and listening skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent time management skills
• Sound computer skills especially in Ms Office
