• Grade 12
• HR related qualification - Diploma or higher
Knowledge
• Knowledge of various HR systems
• Knowledge of Best Practice recruitment principles
• Knowledge of SA labour law
Experience
• 2 to 3 years corporate talent acquisition experience
Execute, manage and deliver on recruitment requirements by following standardized process, quality customer and candidate engagement/experience, accurate and real time administrative records of projects satisfying a business requirement of a resourced organisation with appropriate talent as required to support business objectives.
