We are seeking an experienced Candidate search/ match specialist who is capable of using the social media and other leading networking sites as an effective recruitment tool. Knowledge and Experience in using Pnet is essential. The incumbent should be comfortable in most talent skills areas and should be able to:
• Delve into networks and reach both readily and less readily available talent, and present exclusive candidates (110% match)
• Continuously research on and search for candidates in client’s demand as well as for database building purposes
• Provide suitable candidates within 24 hrs of assignment presentation
• Should be able to put in more hours as this is not an 8 to 5 job.
