RECRUITMENT RESEARCHER

A highly successful subsidiary of a large international organisation is urgently looking for a seasoned Recruitment Researcher to join their Flexible Staffing (Blue Collar) business unit.

Requirements
• Matric
• A tertiary qualification will be advantageous
• Proven track record in recruiting for temp and permanent staff is ESSENTIAL
• Knowledge of industries such as manufacturing, construction, engineering, telecoms, healthcare etc. would be advantageous
• Excellent work ethic and attitude and ambition to grow within the business

The successful candidate will be involved in the following key areas:
• Company and industry research
• Strong candidate sourcing and interaction
• Dealing with candidates and clients
• Advertising role and managing response
• Reporting and tracking
• Strong (CV) typing and report writing skills
• General administrative duties

This role will have clear growth potential into a Consultant position which will include a strong commission structure
