A sales company is looking for Recruitment Researchers to expand their internal recruitment team.

Duties are subject but not limited to: 

Advertising of positions. Sourcing correct candidates for positions from applications. Cold calling to find suitable candidates from job portals. Creating a short list of candidates and send to interviewer for interviews. Candidates must have a natural instinct to identity the correct attributes in people to fit the vacancy. 

Applicants must meet the following requirements: 

• Completed degree (or currently in progress) 
• Experience working within a Recruitment Agency or any assistant recruitment role. 
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans is essential. 

Commission incentives earned on highly achievable targets.
