This job would ideal for anyone who is looking to either start from the bottom and work their way up to a consultant or anyone who has been a consultant and now looking to concentrate on candidate management.

There will be NO SALES and NO BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT! A typical day for the Recruitment Resourcer in Johannesburg will involve: writing adverts, headhunting through linked in, pre-screening candidates on the phone, interviewing candidates, chasing reference’s and then passing the hottest candidates through to the relevant consultants. This will be an autonomous job where there will be no micro management, KPI’s or targets that you have to reach. Due to the buoyancy of the IT market this will be a fast paced job, which will be very transactional and speed will be everything.

The Requirements for this Recruitment Resourcer job in Johannesburg: Ideally someone with 6-12 months recruitment experience. What is important is the right cultural fit. You must be someone who possesses good communication, organisational and time management skills. You will need to show a sense of urgency and be a strong team player.
