• Marketing candidates to clients
• Placing job ads
• Screening candidates resumes
• Shortlisting candidates
• Compiling resumes
• Communications between client and candidate
• Reference checks
• Negotiating the offer with candidate and clients
• Reporting
• Billing

• 3 to 5 year recruitment experience - non negotiable
• Relevant qualifications
• Proven track record in achieving targets
• Stable work experience
