We are seeking candidate that will start as recruitment consultants and build their teams to assist the business with achieving its objectives.

Requirement:
IT and ICT Recruitment Experience
Engineering Recruitment Experience
Mining Recruitment Experience
Recruitment agency background
Solid experience in Headhunting
Solid experience in sourcing new clients
Understanding and dealing with preferred supplier requirements
Time management
Business acumen
Strong communications skills
Leadership qualities.

We are seeking Driven, Top performing candidates who can achieved targets from month 1.Targets are set at 100k per month, should candidates achieve their 3 month target a salary review will commence (10k to 15K plus commissions and quarterly Bonuses)

Candidates are to have an existing base to work from and also work on current clients.

We are seeking people who have a stable and solid experience in the industry.
