Recruitment and Selection:
• Advertising and Selection
• Sourcing of Candidates for skilled level roles
• Recruitment of various level positions from Office Assistant to Executive level
• Recruitment within the following areas: IT, Contact Centre, HR, Finance, Office Support and Sales & Marketing
• Telephonic Screening of applicants
• Detailed Face to Face interviews
• Briefing candidates regarding position
• Ensure relevant document received from candidates
• Reference checking
• Conduct relevant checks (Credit Checks / Criminal Clearance / Qualification Verification / Driver’s License qualification)
• Coaching candidates on interviews
• Provide feedback to candidates regarding their applications

Administration:
• Ensure all information is accurately recorded on the database
• Raising of invoices and ensuring they are accurate according to the Terms of Business
• Compiling of all adverts for the local papers and websites
• Maintain accurate and well-organised documentation
• General administration
• General Ad-hoc duties

Requirements:
• Recruitment experience essential
• Matric essential
• Tertiary qualification: HR/ Psychology / Business Management / Marketing Management or proven record within the recruitment field advantageous or 2 years recruitment experience
• 1 year work experience in a corporate environment
• Criminal clear
• Typing Speed – 35+ wpm
