Candidate with relevant tertiary HR qualification and minimum 5 years’ operational recruitment experience and at least 3 years’ managerial experience, required to manage the selection and recruitment process.

Minimum requirement:
• Diploma in Human Resources Management
• 5 Years operational recruitment experience
• 3 Years managerial experience (one report)

Responsibilities:
• Manage the recruitment and selection process.
• Recruit and select employees.
• Coach managers on the recruitment and selection process.
• Control recruitment and selection costs.
• Ensure recruitment and selection policy and procedures are up to date and legally compliant.
• Complete weekly HR report.
• Complete Recruitment Tracker
• Determine project scope and manage various projects.
• Report on project progress to HR Manager.
• Promote and ensure adherence to Health and Safety statutory compliance.
