The ideal candidate will be tasked with managing a team of Recruitment Researchers. He/she will also be responsible for coaching, mentoring, drafting and monitoring reports and performance management.
• Needs to be able to work independently
• Be able to lead and manage teams
• Be able to communicate efficiently- both written and verbally
• Be able to meet targets and handle a high pressured environment
• Have effectual time and project management skills
• Implement team goals and objectives

The Team Leader must have at least 5 years experience in recruitment processes and principles, as well as working with clients within the services environment. The Team Leader must also be able to provide daily direction and communication to employees in order to drive sales and marketing.
Strong sales and communication capability is required, as well as good people skills. The candidate will be required to look for opportunities to improve revenue generating activities as well as improve operational efficiencies within the department

Note that this is an initial fixed term contract role, with the role possibly becoming permanent at a later stage.
