Recruitment, Training and Disciplinary Officer:
One of our clients within the Logistics Industry based in Wellington is looking to employ a Recruitment, Training and Disciplinary Officer.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Recruitment, exit interviews and arrange required checks such as LVA, Criminal check, Reference Checks etc.
Training, marking of exams and update training material
Daily inspection of school
Monitor process of new drivers and evaluate trip sheets
Conduct disciplinary action and handle RA’s

Requirements:
Matric or equivalent
Relevant qualification
2 Years’ experience in HR
Experience within the Logistics Industry
