We offer a basic salary of R5500-00 (just for some security) + uncapped commission + benefits.
We do not cold call since we work on referrals ONLY; all clients have been pre-contacted and have agreed to a consultant calling them back.
Current consultants average R32 000-00 p/m
Your only job will be to convert our hot leads into a sale.
If your application is successful you will be entered into our training program, this runs for a minimum of 9 weeks and serves as a probationary period. (Please note that training is paid training and uncapped comm applies from your first sale). We will also cover 100% of your Gautrain costs during training.
Complete the training and you are made perm and further benefits then include:
Medical aid contribution
100% death and disability cover
50% reimbursement of Gautrain costs
Free products every 8 months

Matric
May not be under debt review
Clear of ITC, blacklisting’s and judgements
2 years + sales experience
