Our Client within Consumer Electronics based in Midrand is looking Home Appliance / Service Technician to join their team.

• 75% telephonic administration support including defective returns control 
• 25% of repairing of products and fault finding
• The role will require some travelling to the customers but the individual will spend most of his time based at the warehouse and will occassionally travel directly to the customers and factories based in Durban and Cape Town.
• Must have Refrigeration and washing machine repair experience

Salary: R20k - R30kpm CTC

Duties:

• After sales service including  repairs, returns, support, product quality and compliance
• Telephonic Technical Support, Query and Complaint resolution
• Customer, factory, Parts Warehouse, Repair Center and ASC liaison.
