KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
• Key Responsibilities:
• Implement sales strategy to achieve regional budget
• Provide monthly regional updates according to agreed deadlines to management & stakeholders and present customer and regional performance reviews to management every quarter.
• Manage allocated budgets effectively
• Review regional performance and implement corrective strategies.
• Budget allocation and forecasting by region in order to optimize sales and ROI and to achieve the set short term and long term KPI’S
• To maintain the Company’s existing relationships with clients / key accounts and to further increase the customer base so that they continue to engage with the Company in a sustainable and positive manner
• Analyse and interpret key account performance information and ensure daily, weekly and monthly tracking/monitoring of account.
• Identify best promotional mix to drive the best ROI through planned activities and adhoc spend.
• Negotiate trading terms, ranging, new listings, pricing and promotional activities.
• Manage and grow customer profitability including regular store visits.
• Focus on both Traditional and Modern trade channels
• Monitor and Lead sales and merchandising team
• Ensure sales team and personal objectives, targets and business plans are in line with company objectives.
