Our client is in the Automotive industry and they are looking for a Regional Business Manager. Regional Business Managers are tasked to improve overall dealer performance - through a process of analysing dealer financial performance, consulting with the management of underperforming dealers and the development and monitoring of corrective action plans – so as to ensure a financially strong dealer organization.

Requirements:
• Hold a recognised 3-year National diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce/ Business Management/ Financial Management. A post graduate degree in finance/ business management will be preferred, e.g. B.Com Honours with Articles
• Have at least 5 years' experience in finance, business consulting or financial management in the automotive manufacturing and/ or motor retail industry
• Dealer Management System (DMS) operational experience will carry a distinct advantage
• Exhibit excellent interpersonal and astute networking and customer relationship managing skills
• Have well-developed communication skills, both written and oral, coupled with effective presentation skills to maximize Dealer engagement
• Be able to think strategically and demonstrate effective negotiating, influencing, coaching and mentoring skills and techniques
• Possess sound financial analytical skills
• Display advanced understanding of financial principles and business management.
• Demonstrate leadership values
• Be fully proficient in MS Office and skilled in the use of business software. A good working knowledge of computerized dealer management systems would be advantageous
• Be a team player, yet demonstrate the ability to operate independently and apply own initiative accordingly
• Exhibit a solution-oriented approach, with the necessary resolve and ability to operate effectively under pressure to meet set deadlines
• Be able to travel nationally and internationally in the normal ambit of the role, covering Dealer visits and consultations
• Be prepared to undergo and successfully complete the relevant psychometric assessments
