REGIONAL CREDIT MANAGER – WEST RAND
REGIONAL AREA: LENASIA / DOBSONVILLE / SOWETO / RANDFONTEIN / CARLTONVILLE / KRUGERSDORP / ROODEPOORT

Key Outputs
• Target driven and seek to achieve above the required standard in sales, cash collections, credit controlling and stock management.
• Able to adapt to various environments when relieving and to take control in that environment in a short period of time.
• Demonstrate customer care and staff control through effective managerial skills.
• To be personally involved with the actioning of problematic accounts in branches.
• To ensure that company credit /debtors’ policy and procedures are effectively introduced and implemented.
• To correctly splits the debtors book in each branch.

Key Requirements
• Confident, self-motivated and driven to succeed.
• Must have good communication skills and able to motivate staff.
• Have at least 5 years’ credit experience and a furniture retail business with nothing less than 2 years’ experience in a management / 2IC role.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and willing to travel extensively.
• Must be able to use the company methods of collecting money from customers.
• Be able to work unsupervised.
• Tertiary studies in Business Management will be advantageous.
