• Minimum education: B Com in Supply Chain Management. Statistical Forecasting and Quantification as subjects or modules
• At least 3 years’ experience in supply chain planning
o Demand planning and forecasting
o Production Planning and MRP principles
o Procurement
• Experience in FMCG or Retail Make to stock environment
• Full understanding of ERP and MRP systems – JDE or SAP
• Good knowledge of general software i.e. Word, Power-point, & Excel
• Exposure to Decision Support such as APS and Demand Management Software is a bonus
• Must have a Code 08 License
• Must be willing to travel

To manage the demand planning process within the Sales and Operation process
• Update the demand plan and sales forecast which will include statistical forecast, promotional planning, seasonality, new project development, and project planning
• Assist calculating and setting of inventory planning parameters
• Management of the assumptions database including the understanding of lost and gained business and the impact thereof
• Prepare the capacity plan of operations within each Region
• Assist with production planning
• Manage Working Capital within the Region
• Assist with preparation of management reports
• Assist with various supply chain projects
