As Financial Manager you will be responsible for maintaining sound financial, accounting and administrative records including internal controls in order to meet the operational requirements of the region and reporting requirements to Head Office. You will be based at the Distribution Centre in Centurion, reporting to finance in another province.

Emphasis is far more on management accounting – costing is an ad-on

Minimum shortlisting criteria:
• BCom Financial Management or BCompt or similar/CIMA
• FMCG/Manufacturing exposure (non-negotiable) – DC exposure is first price!
• Previous experience managing a financial team (this role will have at least 5/6 staff reporting into)
• Proven track record in financial management, system implementation and controls
• Solid experience with inventory management (implementing & maintaining systems)
