Large Pharmaceutical group requires an Regional HR Manager to join their team in KZN and Swaziland.
The prospective candidate will be responsible for the following KPI's:
Recruitment
Managing cost of employment within budget
Personnel administration standards and compliance management
Monitor scheduling, overtime, salaries and a percentage of sales
Provide IR advice and handle CCMA proceedings

Requirements:
The person must in possession of a valid drivers licence and a degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent and a passport.
5 Years experience in the HR field

The person must be willing to travel to pharmacies in the region and be able to spend time away from home. The travelling will be determined by the needs as it arises in the business.
