We are inviting applications for the position of
REGIONAL HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
Position is based in Mokopane / Polokwane and will be responsible for the LIMPOPO Region.
This position will report to the Senior HR Manager
Key Responsibilities:
• Represent the Company at the CCMA
• Responsible for recruitment of branch staff
• Compilation of HR Management Information
• Interface with the payroll to collect monthly report information
• Consulting with line Management and staff regarding HR issues
Key Requirements:
Job Experience:
• 3 - 5 years working experience in a generalist HR field (at least 2 years in IR); Essential
• Experience with CCMA processes up to and including arbitration level in relevant country; Essential
• Experience working in a Retail environment; Desirable
• Facilitation; Desirable
Education:
• Grade 12; Essential
• National Diploma in HR Management or equivalent experience/qualification with subjects covering: Industrial Relations or Labour Law; Essential
• Registration as an associate with the South African Board of Personnel Practice; Desirable
• Must have a code 08 driving license, valid passport
Remuneration: A remuneration package that will commensurate with the outputs of the position will be negotiated with the successful incumbent.
