To participate in developing and implementing company strategy, to drive profitable sales in identified markets, through product, mix and price. To develop and maintain customer relationships and meet customer service and quality targets for the region.To monitor lean manufacturing principles in order to drive best practise, optimise production capacity, minimise waste and achieve lead times with required quality standards. To monitor compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements. To ensure preventative maintenance policy and standards for plant and equipment. To ensure adherence to the administration best practise manual. To measure and maintain compliance to debtors in line with group credit policy. To manage and control expenses and model stock levels in line with budgetary requirements and benchmarks for the region. To ensure all monthly reporting within deadlines.  To manage and develop staff in alignment with HR policy.

Plus 7 to 9 years  Branch/General management  experience with the following: - budgeting and cost control,  manufacturing- sales and client relationship management,  procurement,  stock control,  supply chain,  planning,  managing a team of people,  SAP or equivalent ERP systemTo ensure acceptable short and long term return on assets employed while achieving real growth in both sales and profit objectives, by effective planning and control of company resources for the regional businesses
