Minimum requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position, managing a minimum of 5 staff members, with a proven contactable record
• Knowledge of the abrasive industry advantageous
• Must be technically inclined, preferably with a technical qualification
• Must have entrepreneurial flair with strong business acumen and excellent communication skills
• Must be able to negotiate at all levels
• Must be able to control, direct, motivate sales and administration staff with empathy
• Must be a self-starter with good time management, forecasting planning and reporting skills, who can function independently as well as part of a team
• Must have valid driver’s licence

Duties:
• Take control over all Branch functions
• Formulation of sales plans, forecasting and achievement of sales targets
• Overall responsibility for branch inventory, warehouse, logistics, accounts receivable and payable, expenditure, and total branch profitability
