• Manage all Motivity retail shops.
• Communication and relationship with Motivity Regional Clients in retail space.
• Payroll input and final send off to HR
• SLA Management and Reporting
• Cost and Revenue Management
• Staff Communication and Morale
• Staff Performance Management
• Staff Training and Development
• Project Management, Health and Safety and Quality assurance
• New recruit technical interview, induction and communication to HR

Education and Qualification Requirements

Minimum Requirement
• National Diploma – IT or Retail Management
• Experience in managing a SLA
• Experience in directly managing staff
• Customer relations management
• PM knowledge
• 2-3 years experience in Retail and telecoms industry
