ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
5 years as a Regional Manager within the Retail Industry
5 years experience in the Retail industry

Ensure the delivery of operational standards thoughout the company's retail outlets. To ensure compliance in all areas of operational activity and drive sales and profitability through the performance and development of area managers and retail outlet staff.
A good understanding of Retail business with a background of business acumen.
Project Management involving the launch of new outlets and closure of outlets when needed.
maintain visual merchandise standards across all outlets in division
Ensure that all point of sale (sagePOS) and X3 (back Office) procedures are followed
achieve Operating budgets and report descrepancies on actual vs budget
On going training and developing of Area Managers
admin and reporting
