Our client is looking for a regional Manager - Retail to be based in the Western Cape.
Desired Qualifications:
Numeracy & Literacy equivelant to Grade 12/National Qualifications Framework (NQF) 4
Minimum realted experience required:
2-3 years experience
Purpose of Job/Main Tasks:
To manage & optimise all retail business operations within a region to maximise top line sales & profitability
Ensure regional sales objective are met
Maximise product related incomes (club, margin, delivery, extended guarantees (EGT), comprehensive insurance
Monitor external environment for potential opportunites & threats
Ensure effective implementation of merchandising & marketing plans
Monitor the effective implementation of required visual merchandising standards
Attraction & retention of customer base
