PURPOSE:
- Give guidance and consult on marketing within the company for a specific regional geographical area. Furthermore participate as a credible business partner by developing marketing solutions that add value to the organization's strategic focus area. Leveraging and managing marketing tactics in an innovative ways to increase the organization's value proposition and stakeholder commitment.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT:
- Degree in Marketing / PR / Social Science

EXPERIENCE:
- 5 years in marketing and related fields within a managerial capacity.

DUTIES:
- Align marketing mix and segmentation to effectively target customers.
- Establishes and manages customer feedback systems to build customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manages the operational implementation of the strategy relevant to designated area by adopting medium term strategies in order to achieve regional targets.
- Maintain brand integrity for the company across respective branches.
- Build strong business partnering relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of marketing strategy.
