5. Service Excellence
6. Systems, Policies and standards of operating procedures
7. People management

REQUIREMENTS:
a). Matric
b). Tertiary qualification in retail or business
c). 8 to 10 years experience in sales within FMCG sectpr in operations / Store Management Role
d). Must have good supervision, motivation and management skills
e). Must be goal orientated and results driven.
f). Sound knowledge of site enviroments and workflow requirements
