Regional Operations Supervisor - Durbanville
We have an opportunity available for a dynamic and experienced individual with solid leadership skills. The Operations Supervisor will coordinate, audit and monitor the installation and removal of all point-of-sale media for our clients’ campaigns across the Western Cape. The Supervisor is also responsible for the overall management and quality assurance related to media installations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the Operations team ensuring deadlines and quality of installations are met
• Motivate, train and manage the team
• Monthly reporting to management
• Manage all other HR related duties
• Manage fleet vehicles
• Compile training material
• Manage media and hardware stock
• Control team’s expense claims weekly
• Conduct weekly in-store audits and initiate improvement training
• General administrative duties
• Preparing the store for trade visits
Minimum Requirements:
• Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
• Tertiary qualification, such as a degree or diploma in a business or office administration-related field would be advantageous
• Computer literate on MS Office – (Word, Excel, Internet/email)
• Minimum of 2 - 3 years’ quality control and administration experience
• Experience in managing or coordinating a team
• Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport
• Will be required to travel frequently within the region
