On behalf of our Pretoria based client into real estate and facility management, we are actively recruiting for a highly-qualified, motivated and career-driven, qualified Property Manager. If you have the ability to communicate at a high level and are looking for the opportunity to bringing your energy and new ideas to our properties.

Direct all property operations within an assigned portfolio and ensure that the financial and business objectives are being achieved.
Hire, coach and mentor your team to be the best in the business.
Review property performance and evaluate marketing, pricing, and financial strategies.
Oversee customer service function for residents, vendors, brokers, and owners.
Monitor resident satisfaction and retention.
Position your portfolio of properties to be the most desirable in the area

Must be willing to travel! And have experience Managing Multi-Site locations.

To qualify, you must have the following knowledge, skills, abilities and education:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years in multi-family property management experience
Unsurpassed customer service and interpersonal skills; ability to relate to a variety of audiences
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to read and comprehend financial statements, such as profit and loss statements, general ledgers, budgets, etc.
Comprehension of federal fair housing laws and any applicable local housing provisions.
Ability to conduct presentations or speak in public to large groups of people.
