• ARTISAN QUALIFICATION + QUALIFICATIN IN MINING ENVIRONMENT
• EXPERIENCE AS FOREMAN IN MINING ENVIRONMENT WORKING ON MINING EQUIPMENT
• SNR MANAGEMENT EXPOSURE IN MINING ENVIRONMENT ON THE FOLLOWING :
• MUST HAVE EXP IN VIBRATING SCREENS, FEEDERS, DRIVES AND GREASE TABLES
• ABLE TO VISIT 3 TO 4 MINESEVERY SECOND DAY (IN HIS REGION) AND ENSURING THE CLIENTS EQUIPMENT IS IN WORKING ORDER ( EQUIPMENT AS MENTIONED ABOVE)
• EXTENSIVE TRAVELLING
• WILL BE HANDLING BREAKDOWNS AND EMERGENCY SERVICES
Manage the regions developed client base
Grow and expand customer reach
Budgeting; forecasting, planning, strategizing
Site visits liaison with Mine Managers & Engineers
Project planning re maintenance of equipment
Provide customer service - refilling planning, service & maintenance planning,
Areas for continuous improvement (including R&D) are identified and addressed
All client requests are responded to within 24 hours
Regular site visits as per call plan
Relationships and networks with key stakeholders and influencers are established and maintained
Responsible for planned maintenance related shutdown, site planning office, functional support on maintenance planning, updating asset technical specs, etc
Communicate asset reliability, continuous improvement and efficiency reports.
Implementation of assessment tools to ensure system and best practice compliance.
Investigate proposed asset modifications and new capital projects.
Proven technical and maintenance capability.
