International Blue-Chip client in the Aviation / Air Freight sphere requires an astute and assertive Regional Sales Executive - Airfreight Solutions for SA and sub Saharan Africa
The succesful incumbent will be responsible to build strong commercial relationships with respect to Airfreight Service Solutions within the region and implement commercial sales plans and strategies. The successful incumbent will be focussed on the current Sales Strategy whilst maintaining and growing the existing customer base to maximise revenue and attaining customer loyalty through quality service.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE

Relevant Marketing/Sales qualification
Minimum of five years selling experience in the Airfreight environment – Not negotiable
Knowledge of Air Freight industry
Knowledge of IATA airfreight norms and standards an advantage i.e. Dangerous Goods, Live Animals, Perishable Cargo etc.
Contract negotiation skills
Proven excellent writing and verbal skills
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Ability to work after hours as business or customer demands
Passion to provide excellent customer service
Strong Teamwork Ethic
