REGIONAL SALES MANAGER
To maintain and increase sales of a range of locally manufactured and imported agricultural implements and spare parts, while calling on Agricultural Mechanisation Dealers in the Eastern Cape and Western Cape Provinces.

Duties
- Managing of key accounts
- Sales and budgets
- Relationship building at all levels
- Stock Control of consignment stock held at dealers premises (Implements and spares)
- Arranging and organising shows and demo’s
- Handling and facilitating warranty claims
- Dealer Training
- Point of sale and promotional material
- Marketing campaigns
- Farm visits
- Pre-inspection delivery of Implements
- Technical assistance to dealers (mechanical, electronics and hydraulics)
- Compiling reports
- Pricing
- Competitor analysis
- Assist with the managing of research and development projects
- Assessing current market trends with the aim to provide new ideas to the research and development team

Requirements
- Have good agricultural knowledge
- Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a related industry dealing with Agricultural Implements
- Be PC literate (Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point essential)
- Have Matric (Grade 12)
- Be fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English
- Have good customer relations skills
- Be technically orientated
- Be able to work as part of a team
- Be assertive
- Be able to work independently
- Be prepared to travel and be away from home

Please note that the position will require the successful candidate to work from home, it would be preferable that the candidate resides in George, Heidelburg, Swellendam or Mosselbay or a nearby

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience.
Plus: Car Allowance of R8,000 plus fuel, maintenance and insurance (as per the companies vehicle policy), laptop, cell phone and Telkom landline (including ADSL), tools and branded clothing.
Leave: 15 Working days per annum, 20 working days per annum once you have worked for the company for 5 years
