My client is a Multinational Pharmaceutical Company who seeks to employ a Regional Sales Manager - Central - Animal Health

Minimum Requirements:

Degree or Diploma in Agriculture, Commerce or Management will be an advantage
Sales experience in Agricultural sector of at least 5 Years
Team Management skills
Willingness to travel

Role

Coordinate and implement the marketing strategy to achieve sales
Coordinate technical support and provide commercial assistance to the sales and marketing efforts
Set sales budgets, monitor and drive sales team of employees and agents.
Develop sales people selling skills by coaching and ongoing training
