RedCat Recruitment is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced REGIONAL SALES MANAGER (FMCG INDUSTRY) for a well-established national company – position based in the Pinetown area.

JOB DESCRIPTION / REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12.
Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet).
B Degree / Diploma / Certificate in Sales or Business Development OR alternatively; 8-10 years’ sales representative and FSM experience in an FMCG environment.
(If official qualification is present, then 3 years’ experience as FSM, minimum experience. If not; the above would apply, preferably in the FMCG industry).
Experience in managing a small distribution centre would be greatly beneficial but not essential.
Sales / customer liaison / trade marketing / business development in FMCG / logistics / cold chain industries at Regional or National Level.
Road freight and logistics seminars attendance would be beneficial.
Financial management.
Business process optimisation.
Continuous improvement.

Customer satisfaction.
