To manage the operations within the designated areas to ensure business growth and profitability by implementing strategies to achieve company’s sales and revenue objectives.
Key Performance Areas: -
• Develop & implement Business Strategies & operational plans to meet the agreed Regional Sales Targets & Company Budgets.
• Manage the daily activities of Branches to ensure that sales, financial and administrative standards are met.
• Lead, manage and develop a committed and competent team of associates
• Objective individual & team performance management based on Company Values and Goals
• Implement & drive cost – optimization programmes and measurements, whilst maintaining a sound levels of business judgment
• Ensure highest levels of Customer Satisfaction
• Maintain and promote good and solid relationships with all relevant stakeholders
• Ensure that relevant Service Level Agreements are in implemented and maintained
• Formal reporting & feedback to Operations Manager, as per agreed Business Plan

Skills and experience required: -
• A minimum of 5 years in the tyre / related industry.
• At least 5 years relevant experience at Regional Sales Manager level.
• Good understanding of new business development in the tyre industry
• Advanced selling, communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills.
• Verbal and written presentation skills at all operational levels
• Proven understanding and application of general management principles, including retail & commercial product campaigns & promotions, Operational & Financial Control, Budgeting and Industrial Relations
• Sound working knowledge of all related Admin Systems, particularly Computer Systems, e.g. MS-Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook), and OMNIX

Qualification required: -
1. Minimum: Relevant tertiary qualification. Preferably Marketing / Business Management Diploma.
2. Ideal: B Comm. Degree
