Minimum Requirements:

3Yrs Sales Management experience in Pharmaceutical
5Yrs Sales Experience in the Healthcare industry is mandatory
Strong Performance Track record
Ability to lead and mentor a sales team
Established KOL Relationships

Role

Achievement of sales, market share and growth objectives for the Region for State and Private Sector
In field coaching and mentoring of sales personnel
Management of wholesalers
