This position reports directly in to the National Sales Director and you will be responsible for managing a medium sized team of young professionals.

Key responsibilities:
• Managing key customer relationships
• Managing sales performance of your team, brands and outlets
• Implementation of brand and key account strategies
• Identifying growth areas and driving growth
• Ensuring sales targets are met
• Applying strategic planning, ability to conceptualise and utilise commercial acumen to run a ‘well oiled machine’

Requirements needed:
• Both on and off trade (min 5 years experience in liquor within FMCG)
• 3 year sales/business related degree
• Sales staff management experience
• Good understanding of category management
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to draw insights by utilising Nielsen Research data
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Product and service knowledge
