MAPUTO BASED ROLE FOR FLUENT PORTUGUESE AND ENGLISH SPEAKER.
University degree or similar.
Good experience in FMCG.
6 – 8 years' experience in the sales area IN MOZAMBIQUE.
Knowledge of customer management.
Key Account Management is essential.
Experience in working with or leading trade marketing groups.
Minimum 4 years' experience managing a sales team.
Lead sales operation of the company in the Mozambique market which will grow regionally.
Cultivate, identify and cultivate relationships with the company’s distributor/s in Mozambique
Develop the market to its full potential through management of sales team on the ground.
Ensure Commercial and Financial targets assigned by Director are met.
Work in close collaboration with the Administrative Manager in Johannesburg to ensure proper development of the company.
Manage basic administrative and financial requirements of a small commercial operation in Mozambique – receivables, P & L, etc.
