REGIONAL SALES MANAGER - PHARMACEUTICAL
A leading Generic Company has a vacancy for a Regional Sales Manager based in Johannesburg.
A Business Degree or Matric with a Sales/Business Diploma together with 5-10 years’ experience in Pharmaceutical Generic Sales is essential.
The successful Incumbent will be responsible for 9 Pharmacy Representatives and 1 Pharmacy Agent as well as the 3rd party Inland distribution.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
• Strong knowledge of the Generic Pharmaceutical market, Industry trends, competitors and leading customer strategies.
• Financial Management, monitoring and budgeting.
• In-depth knowledge of administration processes, systems and practices.
• Current Field Force management experience preferred.
• Highly computer literate with a particular knowledge of database tracking programs.
• Have previous Pharmacy Retail Sales experience.
• Have existing client relationships with among other Distributors within the area.
• Strong Operational/ Administration skills.
