Our client is a fast paced dymanic company needing a fast paced dynamic Sales manager who is able to lead a sales team +8 people focused on selling technology related solutions and services to the restaurant and related hospitality industry.
Minimum Requirements
• 5 -7 Years experience in sales management in a performance driven environment focused on selling solutions and
managing a team of 8+ people (Advance 5 years)
• MS Office with strong skills in Excel, Powerpoint.
• Proven leadership and ability to Coach and manage sales teams (Advance 3 years)
• Strategic thinker with ability to formulate strategy
• Knowledge and experience in the hospitality / restaurant or related industry an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a big thinker
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Enthusiasm, reliability and the ability to multi-task
• Problem solving skills
• Decision making skills
Sales Duties:
• Manages sales personnel within geographical area and drive sales growth
• Diagnose and coach sales people to higher levels of success
• Reviews progress of sales roles within designated geographical area and
• Develops an annual sales plan to ensure revenue growth in the companies solutions
• Responsible for the execution of the company strategy for the designated territory
• Interprets short and long term effects on sales strategies in operating profit
• Holds regular meeting with sales staff
Managerial Duties:
• Provide weekly forecast and sale update
• Review and manage performance and productivity
• Identify training needs and coach on under performance
• Network and open doors for larger groups
• Setting sales targets and performance metrics for all sales personnel
• Provides support to the sales team
Product Knowledge:
• Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge
• Understanding of technology
