Remuneration:
R45000 CTC(Including 50% Medical Aid, Fuel Allowance, Car Maintenance Allowance, Cellphone Allowance up to R1600, Travelling Expenses Covered by company)

Purpose of the job:
To advise clients on how to improve the quality of their soil, pest control and provide solutions to current problems that the clients may be facing (soil, seed, pests etc)
• This person will be the primary contact between the client and the company

Main Functions:
• Business Development
• Sales
• Sales Management
• Identify and record priorities and finalize plans to achieve set goals for the company
• Ensure effective technical advice
• Increase the market share and participation in the region
• Ensure quality sales service according to the required company standards
• Effective and continuous sales service
• Weekly and monthly reporting
• Promote and develop sound working relationships with all relevant departments and provide effective services as required
• Maintain the companies good image
• Improving/Enhancing products based on clients and company needs
• Execution, Management and detailed reporting on completed trials
• Effective Meetings, Clear Instructions to client and Follow ups thereto
• Complete and Coordinate Financial cost control reports for the sales department
• Implement and manage stock control systems
• Accurate Budgeting and forecasting
• Plan, Delegate and manage Sales Agents

Requirements:
• Degree in Agriculture- AVCASA or BASOS
• 4+ years experience in Marketing(in the same industry)
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans(Very good communication Skills in both languages)
