This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic FMCG sales candidate to join a leading and growing brand.

We are looking for a Sales Manager to cover the On Premise channel in Cape Town. This manager’s role will require the management and coaching of a team of On Premise reps and brand builders and will be responsible for the overall day to day operational activities related thereto. Reporting directly to the National On-Premise Sales Manager.

• Availability, Merchandise, Market Share
• Working with On premise redistributors on optimal RTM strategies
• People Management & Development
• Strategic sales execution by channel against a set standard
• Promotional implementation
• Budget management
• Regional key/group account management
• General Administration

Qualification

• Matric
• Diploma/Degree in Sales and Marketing

Experience

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in an FMCG Sales management environment
• Team management
