A manufacturing company based within the automotive industry is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join their Gauteng division. The position is based in the OEM after market department and requires a highly competent manager to strength the strategic marketing for this area. The successful incumbent will be reporting to the after market senior manager.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

• BCom Marketing Management
• 5 – 10 years relevant experience
• Good understanding & technical knowledge of automotive after market industry
• Ability to conduct thorough trend analyses
• Strategically orientated & focused on meeting sales targets
• Ability to develop new & profitable business relations
• Competent to carry out sales & marketing practices (4 P’s of marketing)
• Experience developing & managing a budget
• General administration

BEHAVIOURAL REQUIREMENTS

• Good reporting & presentation ability
• Strong negotiation skills ‘
• Highly focused on strategic planning & action planning (PDCA)
• Strong verbal, written & interpersonal communication skills
