REGIONAL SALES MANAGER
Duties Include but is not limited to:
? Manage and support existing dealer network
? Achieving sales targets, promoting new and existing products
? Maintaining and improving customer relations
? Implementing marketing initiatives, exploiting new opportunities
? Improve service levels of dealers with merchandising
? Increase exposure by adding new lines to the product range
? Reporting to Head Office on a weekly basis
? Exploiting new opportunities
? Maximise sales potential
Requirements:
? Grade 12
? At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position with specific personal sales experience.
? Agricultural industry related sales experience; good product knowledge of hardware, irrigation, outdoor and general merchandise
? Computer Literate (Microsoft Office)
? Proficiency in English and Afrikaans
? Exceptional selling skills, good communication and interpersonal skills
? Task orientated and deadline driven
? Own vehicle is essential
