Our client in the healthcare industry is offering an exciting opportunity for a goal-driven, and passionate individual to join the Sales Team of a thriving FMCG company as a Regional Sales Operations manager for the Inland region.

Minimum Requirements •Matric and preferably a relevant tertiary qualification.
•3-5 years experience in a similar role [preferably in the FMCG environment]
•Management experience essential in managing business processes and people
•Computer literate in MS Office with Excel on an advanced level (Understanding of Syspro system an advantage).
•Must be a team player, be able to motivate and lead people, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and show great attention to detail.
Duties & Responsibilities The Regional Sales operations manager's responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following main aspects:
•Responsible for the implementation of company strategy, policies and procedures.
•Ensure the achievement of store targets and budgets through pro-active management.
•Maintenance of operational standards on a regional basis.
•Implement action plans to address all negative variances to maximize profitability.
•Implement and maintain all required operational standards.
•Management of aged/damaged stock.
•Market awareness (analysis of competitor trends and activities).
•Promotional implementation by customer.
•Supervision of sales staff regionally (3rd Party Sales- and Merchandising Agents).
