The position requires the applicant to have effective written and oral communication skills. The applicant will be responsible to facilitate workshops, training sessions and training material.
The regional trainer must have knowledge of adult learning theory and practice , facilitation and training techniques as well as instructional design methods.

The regional trainer is responsible for the development , co ordination and delivery of high quality training sessions , workshops , seminars and short courses. They will be responsible to provide on-going coaching and mentoring to trainees as well as offer support to the management team in devising training solutions .

Minimum requirements:

Qualification of a national certificate : Occupationally -directed education, training and development
NQF 5
2 years experience in a training position
