Established Company is looking to employ a Registered Psychometrist to be responsible for provide end-to-end regional people measurement services that support decision making during the recruitment, development and talent management processes

Requirements:
Matric / Grade 12
Tertiary Qualification - Honours degree in Human Resources/Industrial Psychology is essential
Must be Registered Psychometrist (Independent Practice)
Must have at least 3 years’ experience as a Registered Psychometrist (Independent Practice)
Exposure to the financial services industry will be advantageous
Experience in assessment centre practices and digitised assessment solutions.
Understanding of HPCSA ethical code and requirements in relation to supervision of interns.
