This position is for 12 months Fixed Term Contract in the Environmental Science Industry?

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

To assist with the compilation and to timeously submit registration application

dossiers in compliance with statutory requirements of the regulatory authorities in

South and Southern Africa countries and inform relevant Marketing, Business

Managers and Logistic colleagues of submissions and approvals.

To Assist with providing technical support to Sales and Marketing Team with

required data and documents.

To Assist with preparing new labels for registration purposes and ensure that all

labels conform to the requirements of the regulatory authorities concerned.

To Assist with ensuring that all promotional literature is technically correct and

conforms to the destination country’s legal requirements.

To gain exposure by attending meetings with the regulatory authority and

industry by attending meetings with the Regulatory Manager where these

stakeholders are in attendance.

To Assist in maintaining PDRA database and Reg Prime of registrations in South

and South Africa i.e. scanning and filing of all registration documents


Qualifications and Experience


Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture or Entomology or Equivalent

3-4 years Regulatory Affairs experience

Computer Literacy

Good management skills.

Must be a team player with passion.

Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

Willingness to work longer hours than normal during peak season of trial work
