Seeking Enrolled Nurses with medical experience to take care of sports injury, back injury and elderly patients in a 32 bedded Subacute rehab in Southern Suburbs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that prescribed medication is administered correctly and timeously and within the guidelines of the Nursing Scope of Practice.
• Promote sound relationships within the staff teams
• Timeously and proactively address any staff performance or conduct issues, through effective motivation/counselling/record keeping and discipline
• Daily recording of the application of each individual patient/resident nursing care plan
• Ensuring that medicine charts are written up correctly.

Requirements:

• Proof of registration with the SANC as an Enrolled Nurse
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience!
